Asset Acceptance violates Federal laws protecting consumers.

Do you think we live in a nation that champions the rights of the common person over big business?????
The worst the FTC will ever do is fine them....like they did with NCO...the collection giant...for $1.5M....which is pocket change to them....
If the FDCPA violations are gross/blatant...you're better off suing them individually rather than trying to shut them down.
