Atlantic Pacific Mortgage As I have read in others reports, APMortgage paid certain things listed in the closing costs out of my loan, and other things were "over-looked". I have tried to reach them by phone and email. They do not respond. Also, I have a signed statement from Albert Coccia stating that he would reimburse a duplicate payment that was made to the appraiser. Philadelphia Pennsylvania

My last email to them read as follows;

Dear Albert Coccia and Atlantic Pacific Mortgage,

I have tried to reach you on the telephone, left messages and sent emails. Since you have not responded I must take things into my own hands. I have the necessary documentation that states your company settled my debt to the local municiple utilities agency using closing costs, and that you (Albert) would reimburse me (S.) an amount that duplicated payment for the appraisal fee. I have not heard from you or your office. I have consulted a lawyer and will proceed on my own through Burlington County Court. I have also contacted the Better Business Bureau. If you decide to settle this immediately, please call me at 609-***-****.

Since I have discovered this "mistake", I have done some online research and found that I am not the only one who has filed a "Ripoff Report" about your company. It's good to know I'm not alone in this.
