If your paying out of your pocket, & live in ma don't attend this school. They advertise no diploma
necessary to attend. Thats true, but no company in ma is going to hire you without a diploma.the job
placement website is advertised as company's willing to hire their graduates. All the companies listed for ma
on their site has never heard of them.
Was told graduating their coarse was the equivalent of 3 years of the ma apprenticeship program, also not
recognized! By ma employers. Example, was told by one company I have 250 applications from guys with 20
plus years experience don't have time to train you.
I also was belittled by another employer by the wording on the equipment list they told me to bring on an
interview to show what I was trained on.
As far as the equipment training. Not enough time oror mentoring on any of the pieces of machinery . If you
were not doing as they instructed you'd be belittled & not corrected "f*#%ing absurd " how are you supposed to learn?
I attended for 3 levels of training. 1st 2 levels kind of fair for what little amount of equipment you were alowed to use. Level 3 was a popularity contest to see which piece of equipment the elected foreman, who was a
young kid there getting his tuition paid by unemployment. Also who's hotel room was one of the party places
was . I found to be very unfair considering I paid or still am & am gointg to be for a long time on an adjustable
rate sally mae loan, which the interest rate only going up.never got my fair turn on the machines I went to the
school for in the first place.I did not get to train on the motorgrader at all.
All & all I can go on & on. Unless unemployment or an employer is paying for it or you have 20,000 with the interest its not worth it. From the instructors to the lack of time on the equipment to the unfairness of
level 3. Andy from norwood ma
