I had AT&T for about a week until I switched back to Verizon through their winback program. I left Verizon because there were so many spoof calls that even with changing my number and doing what they could I would get so much per day. Most recent was Russia. Had sprint through work and they didn’t get that much spoof calls but their service is bad as far as connection so I went with AT&T. Worst mistake EVER. They first didn’t send the SIM card on time apologized about that, they then could not figure out how to port my Apple Watch telling me Verizon locked it when Verizon adamantly states they don’t lock anything like other providers do not even phones and tablets - most certainly not wearables.

Once I switched back to Verizon I was told that If mike and AT&T knew what they were doing it would have taken a simple factory reset of the watch to work. But AT&T thought Verizon locked it so they created a temp number to bypass the problems they were having porting the Apple Watch number. They wanted to charge me 30 to activate that line credited me for only 25 due to knowing they were messing up but not the activation fee. Then I literally have proof of all the times I have spent with AT&T customer service, technicians and also their porting. If I had to add them all up it would be hours of my time and mike knows this.

The last thing they needed to fix they messed up my voicemail which on a Friday (last Friday) they said was a busy tech day so probably wouldn’t see voicemail or any other things worked on until Tuesday. What phone company do you know that can’t set up vm for you if they can’t figure out call forwarding Bc you can only have one for 4 days!? So I called Verizon they literally posted me back within 3 mins flat told me to do a factory reset on my watch to get it working / told me how to do conditional call forwarding within 20 seconds and set up ringback tones which evidently att doesn’t have anymore but their tech support thought they did. Hilarious since they’ve been extinct I was then told since 2015. They have most ppl working that are from India get mad if you can’t understand them and won’t transfer you to someone you can understand.

They had one tech guy that said my watch doesn’t get texts or calls which if they’re in tech they should know the 3 series does on data and WiFi. I was misquoted on the bill which I would never have switched I was told by mike he would credit the activation fees for my hassle that I still haven’t seen - or heard from him on so he only cares about himself in my opinion. Worst company as far as wait times, tech times - can’t port - screw up more things on your phone trying to fix one thing- they’re a joke in my opinion. Go with Verizon they know what they’re doing and just deal with spoof calls but contact the FTC and put your number on the do not call cell registry. How AT&T stays in business because even mike at the office of the president couldn’t figure things out, I have no idea.
