Auction Masters THEY ARE MASTERS OF DECEPTION THEY WILL SELL ANY GARBAGE/BROKE JUNK/TRASH FOR MONEY. Osseo Minnesota

My boyfriend and I have won several auctions thru Auction Masters in Osseo, MN. We have found them to be very reputable. They clearly state the days you can come and inspect the merchandise you are bidding on and the site encourages you to do so. And I am most positive they don't take the time to photo shop any their photos...what you see may look better than what you get, as with any photo. Often you only get a front view of the item but they will state if there is damage to it.  If you are being a responsible bidder, you will go inspect the items you are wishing to bid on. They also clearly state their inspection of an item, such as on a fridge.."plugged in runs and cooled".  They are obviously not paying a mechanic to tear into every item to see if it is completely mechanically sound. Nowhere on their site do they claim to do so or offer warranty on their items. If you expect this, then you should not be shopping auctions in the first place, everything is” as is”. If you want brand new, warrantied items then spend the money and buy new. As far as items not being in a box as listed, is it possible that maybe another customer or an employee took the item after they posted it? Or after you inspected it (which it sounds like you did not do). There is a lot of hard work and many hours into getting these auctions ready for online bidding, and I am sure that the management is not intentionally misrepresenting any items. If at pick up the items were missing, perhaps not screaming at them may have gotten an issue resolved better. And just perhaps if you had photos of your inspection that included the later “missing parts” they would not have held you to the purchase.
