Audio Express Home of the One Dollar Install lack of record keeping for sales Tucson Arizona

i live in Las Vegas visited an adiou express store in my area to upgrade my stero in my car so i walk in and opted to do a layaway plan on some item i wanted. i make a down payment of $100 cash and $75 on my credit card. all is good im thinking a first step to a good stero. I come in a month later to malke another cash payment of $100 wich as of today they are telling me they do not have any record of it in their computer.

i have all my bank staments and proper paper work to prove i made all of my payments i have made but they still refuse to accept the fact i made a payment. they claim they have called their corparate office to get the original reciepts but every time time i go back to follow up on my problem they say no reply from corporate. ive also made a $200 dollar payment on my debit card. and now im just waiting for them to resplve this problem so i can finish paying off my layaway so i can install the sytem and get this over with.
