Audition America/Josh Audition America Photograpy Scam, Internet

I was texted via cell phone stating that I was picked to audition at the Moreno Valley Mall. I went to the mall and arrived 8 minutes late. The Director said I had to come back tomorrow. I hung around for about 10 min to witness what was going on. Josh was introducing himself as a Talent Scout from Chicago, IL and was giving a speech about being on a delayed flight from Chicago to LAX. The next day I returned, 15 min early. Guess who began with that same speech about just getting off a flight? Josh. I should have haul tailed it out of there, right then and there.

Unfortunately, I didn't because my daughter was begging to stay. Saying this is my chance Mom. I was presented with paying for a photographer to take pics of my daughter for 300.00. I was told if I paid for all of it that night, they would photograph my other child free of charge. In fact, both of them were photographed for the 300.00. Guess who the photographer was? Josh. That's right, there was no professional photographer as promised. Both of my kids did get contracts, but neither one has yet to get any jobs through this Agency. Bottom line, I smelled a rat and ignored it. I check their website daily and I hardly have seen any California jobs. I'm thinking I should just sue them. I'm really pissed off.
