AuraVie Unauthorized use of info Van Nuys California

I received a "Free Sample of skincare products. Opened box not knowing what was in it. Just a brochure was with product, no info about cancelling or returning it.

When bank statement was received, saw a debit for something I didn't recognize. Called the company to inquire abount it and was told that Free wasn't free after all! The representative wouldn't refund full amount of charge, only will do partial refund. Asked for a supervisor, was told that same info would be given.

My account has already been charged for July and was told to return package and full refund will be issued when package received by them. I was given a PO Box address for return, but will mark RTS with cancellation # on outside of it. Why should I have to pay for return when that is wrong.

Please make sure unsuspecting people know that Free Samples aren't always free.
