Aurora Eye Cream Aurora Skin Cream, aka Sinfilcrea, aka Odd*ACTIFYEEYECREAM0 I signed up for trial sizes of Aurora skin cream and eye care for about $15 and received no confirmation and on my next credit bill was charged for $89 for each of these items. Tried to call their 800 and have not been able to talk with anyone. Santa Ana, California

I ordered a trial order for Aurora Skin cream and also Aurora Eye cream.  I don''t know the exact amount and date but it wea not more than $20 for both.  I received both but there was no paper work and I did not receive a confirmation after I ordered these items.  

Later I noticed on my credit card account there were charges of $3.95 and $4.95 for shipping on Sept. 6th and charges of $89.71 and $89.77 for the skin creams dated Sept. 21st.  I received my charge card bill on Oct.13th when I discovered these outrageous charges.

When I ordered these it was not a normal order form and I should have known better but as I filled it out I wanted to go back and check something I was not sure of and I was unable to do this.  I'm sure this was part of the whole scam.

I finally got comeone on their 800 719 9459 and they told me I did not read that there was a 14 day trial period and that they would send their creams on a regular basis.  I said that I did not receive any paper work at all.  She said thqt my account will be cancelled but I was not entitled to any refund because I did not read the small print.
