On Feb 26th I purchased a veichle from auto 4 you inc. The Sale price was 10,500. I put $4,000.00 dollars down and had to pay 150 bi weekly for the remainder of the balance. well the following week I filled the gas tank got home and realized it was leaking gas horribloy. I called auto 4 you and they asked to bring it in. I told him there is no way I could drive it it was pouring out gas. They sent a tow truck for the veichle and repaired it. they called us 3 days later to tell us that the veichle was done. My husband went to pick it up and they handed my husband a bill for the tow and repairs. 3 weeks later we called something else was wrong with veichle could not drive it they came to pick it up and fix it, again we had to pay tow and repairs. shortly after that I got sick and I was in and out of hospitals and doctors. I was 9 days late on my payment and they came to repossess it. they held it for like 9 days they wanted over 700 to get it back. they called on the 29th of april and said come get it for 500 so my husband went down and paid it and got the veichle back while he was there. he paid the 150 for the may 9th payment so we were paid up till the 23rd.
They came on may 13 to pick up the veichle. ANOTHER REPO I went down on the 14th and wanted my truck back jacob kept insisting we were late. my husband told the guy at front he would be down on 9th to make payment . I said why would he say he was going to come down on the 9th when he paid it on the 29th because we had to pay rent and wasnt sure if we would have it so we wanted to make sure they got paid. then he said you dont have insurance. now my insurance cancelled on the 29th not knowing if i was getting truck back cause they had it for over a week, I let it cancell. I did obtahin new insurance and he had proof. I forgot to add them on as lean holder, so I said i can call right now no big deal. he said he had to think about it the only way to get my truck was to pay it in full. so I stated because we paid you early bascically we are not getting the veichle back. If he would of held off and and only paid the 500 and came down the 9th with payment we would be all set but because he paid early and you put it in the principle we are without car. remind you we have 5 kids. no way to get them to school, or to sports functions nothing. I gave them the option of paying 2500.00 dollars back from my down payment and I would leave it alone. They didnt comply. This is a outrage i put in over 6k in that truck in two months I was not late we paid early and I can not get truck back.

This company auto 4 you inc, is still being rude and unpleasant. Yes, after the first repo I had called he knew I was in hospital as my baby sitter told him. We ha e 5 kids and my husband was working seeing kids then coming to see me. I told Jacob this he said "I don't care, not my problem. We got truck back like I stated on 29th and paid the extra payment I WAS NOT BEHIND ON PAYMENTS. I have call logs from phone company already sent in to better business bureau showing no calls were made to my house from them after we made payment on the 29th. They got over 6k in two months from us but wasn't good enough and won't give anything back. They are fighting every steep of the way. Think about it.. Is this people you want to do business with??? I will be honest its like they took our money and ran. we did not leave racist messages. I didn't threat either. I told them to settle for 2K or I would let consumers know and make them aware. This proves they don't want to do right by customer or I would of had this closed ad arbitrated already. THEY ARE NOT EASY TI WOTK WITH TGIS PROVES IT. I WILL KEEP YIU ALL UPDATED..

Hello this is Auto 4 You!!!
We service all of our vehicles and welcome all of our customers to take our cars to their mechanics.
In this case we offered the same thing and told the customers that the truck is being sold as is because we do not have a license to sell warranties. They took the vehicle the way it was and unfortunately the car had some issues, we try and find every problem with our cars before the customers even get a chance to buy it.
We also try and help every single one of our customers with whatever it may be, everything from repairs on their cars to letting them go a while without paying we do this as long as the customers keep in contact with us and lets us know what is going on (We understand that things happen in life that could prevent people from making payments).
With these specific customers we tired numerous times to contact them to try and figure out what’s going on with why they are late on their payments. After we repossessed their vehicle that is when we finally received a call from them and that’s when the first nasty set of calls and the nasty voice mail was left, but despite this we were able to work out a deal with them so they can take the vehicle back. The deal was that they would pay as much as they could afford at the time and then make extra payments to catch up on their normal payments. They promised to pay on 5/09/2014 to make a catch up payment towards their late payments.
Before this payment was even made we received a letter in the mail saying our vehicle did not have insurance on it for about three weeks and they were driving this vehicle the whole time knowing that they didn't pay their insurance. Also in the buy here pay here business we don't go off of people’s credit so when they buy a vehicle from us the biggest security to the company is having valid and current insurance just in case something happens to the car, because no person will make payments on a vehicle if they no longer have it.
We are very easy going and are easy to work with as long as you talk to us ( Like what was said earlier ) these customers were very rude and racist to us and have left us very nasty voice messages , if these people would of had valid insurance throughout their whole loan the we would of had no problem working something out so they could get the vehicle back , but not only did they not have insurance they lied and said that they have had valid insurance when they actually bought it the morning they came to yell at us for the repossession.
We do not want to work with people like this because if we give them the vehicle back one they would most likely " Forget " to pay the insurance and it will cancel out again, also because we are a honest dealership and want honest people as our customers These people lied to us, Yelled at us, and made racist comments towards us.
