Auto Accessory Store Bait and Switch Staten Island New York

I ordered a product from Autoaccessorystore.com web site. They sent me a different product then the one they quoted me from a price match. When I questioned this, the sale team told me they did a 1 for 1 comparison and that they are the same product with different stickers. I contacted the company that made the product that I ordered and they assured me that the one shipped was a fake/copy, and that Autoaccessorystore.com has only purchase one or 2 of the products to get the images to post and they commonly do the "bait and switch". I questioned the sales team again at Autoaccessorystore.com and they said they would exchange it for the correct product. After many days of phone calls and many days of waiting they finally sent a shipping tag for the return. I have returned the fake/copy and now they refuse to send the real product because they are out of stock and they would lose money to get it and sell it to me. Now I have nothing and out $320.
