Do not tell you that in order to get your money back you need to send notarized copies of who you are to them. They also don't tell you that it takes 8 weeks to get your money back until after they get your money. None of this information is available to you until after you have paid and by then its too late. I am at 10 weeks now and still have not recieved my money back. Krista tells me to try back in two more weeks but I keep getting the run around. After paying for the notary I will be lucky to see 100 bucks if they even pay. Internet

I want to share a bad experienc. I would really recommand any one to think twice before using there service.Some goods weir missing and they would wait many days before sending your goods.

My problem with one of their employe Peter Ruan started when they had copy of brand when in fact the good weir dog bandena. He started to be impolite and said he was cheated. We bought a load from the supplier a neve knew one of the bandena was semilar to the LV logo. Now we got a other manufacture that send is brand register and now he doesnt even assist the company to ship their branded register brand. Beside ignoring my message I said to me F*** Y** and block me on skype.

Stay informed and share this to all the Alibaba communnity... but please stay away from this company. Not able to manage its job they seem to loose time, wait ...and bla bla... 5 days they say that custom do not want send the goods and so on...

Please avoid problem with impolite employes that act like ostrich. I made many transport by them and latelly they would open my cartons and notice some of my goods bin missing. Please don't trust them THE ARE THIEF and you will regret.
