Auto Marketing Systems Failure to refund, as promised Roanoke, Virginia

Auto Marketing systems is a scam.   Do not fall for their line of BS.   I advertised a car with them for 90 days after they contacted me from a craigslist listing.  I received no calls.  after 90 days, I filled out the necessary refund papers as they required.   They received the paperwork on 17 August 2011 and signed the postage receipt form.  Of course, the signature is not legible.   I have made several phone calls and first was told that I would receive my refund within 30 days (normal processing time, they said).  I called 94 days later and was told I  would receive it within the next two weeks.  We shall see, but based on other ripoff reports, I think I'm out $249.
