Went on line looking for a short term car title loan.  Just moved and was in need of money to tied me over until I got paid.  Found a link on line that looked like it was in my same state PA.  Was contacted by Dustin first via e-mail back and then phone communications.  This company sent me an overnight packet after working up the amount of funds I could get.   I filled out all of the paper work they requested, they then told me once they got it back overnight including my title to my car they would send me back a tracking device to install on my car.  Once installed the funds would be sent to my bank account so they would be available the next business day.  I ask why the tracking and they advised incase you default, they can find the car to repo.  I installed and called in the confirmation that it had been installed.  They advised the funds would be released to the account immediately and be available on the next business day for my bank.  Never happened, called them back the next day, and they advised their system had a critical error in all of that days transactions.  They had IT working on it and it would be re-sent the following day to my bank.  Never showed up again, this time they did not know why, but now i was told i would have to wait for the funds to come back to them before they could re-desposit???  I even called my bank they could not track this transaction at all??? Third time, still no funds, called them again, upon going over my banking info with them they listed my bank account with one to many numbers in it???  Not my fault, so again they are saying the funds went to my bank and they are now waiting their return again.  That was five days ago.  My bank has checked every which way for a ACH transaction from them, never to see one.  This company is now in possession of my title to my car, with my power of attorney to sign it over to them until loan is paid back?  What loan never got a dime from them, and I am left in limbo, since they say their clearing house is still waiting my bank to return the funds.....HELP!!! Also they have NEVER sent me any info on paying off the loan, due dates, schedule etc....I fear they will come and repo my car and resale it, as they see fit.  They are Scam Artist ripping off people in need of quick fast cash.
