I would like to let everyone know that the other report from Dan is all true,I'm going through the the same thing he is. Mine was set up in April good for 90 days as well, didn't sell my bike so i pulled it,did everything by the book i was suppose to, I had all the paperwork notarized returned within there time frame. There contract reads  up to 45 days for refund minus there minimal fee that was middle of Aug.  

I made several phone calls to there support group, i was told the first call i made that there some issues with there computers that the refund checks should be sent out within the next week or so, still no check till day 1/9/12 called again today they were emailing  my request up to the higher level again mind you i wanted to talk to one of the upper management but i was told they don't have communication with them, even asked for there email address that didn't happen either.  

 I wish now i have taken my time and wrote down all the conversations, times, dates, I will start now. When i called today i had talked with lisa she even read in the report when i called the last week about me contacting a Attorney.
