Autos Baratitos Auto Dealer Contract Phoenix, Arizona

On September 14, 2009 I purchased a used vehicle from this Auto Dealership.  I  invested $650, $500 down and 150.00 in a money order that they claim was never receive due to staff giving me an incorrect address to send payments to.    My first car payment with the finance company was to occur on December 20^th.  On December 12^th a unknown repo truck came and embarrassed me at my place of employment and repossessed my vehicle without letting me retrieve my personal and valuable belongings.  I tried to repeatedly aske the tow truck driver where he was taking my vehicle he rudely sped off before I could get my valuable belongings.

Since that time I have called and gone to the auto dealers location and have gotten the run around, I have been lied to, I have been told false information.  I have gotten the Phoenix Police involved. The place is now closed down but there are still people in the office daily. Sometimes they answer my calls, and other times they do not. When I have gone there the owner runs and hides.  I have since filed reports with The Attorney Generals Office Terry Goddard for consumer fraud. In addition to the Attorney General I have filed a report to  Ripoff.Reports.com, Channel 10 Fox Consumer Fraud News, and Channel 15 and the Better Business Bureau.
