Autotec Paul Bidic, Dawn Dupont I purchased a vehicle from Mr. Bidic on Feb 12, 2016, It has yet to pass inspection because the check engine like was always on. It just needed a new engine costing me over $5500. Mr. Bidic was aware and has yet to contact me regarding this matter. I have had issues with this vehicle since its purchased. They do not stand behingd their vehicles or their customers. Supposedly this business is under Mr. Bidic girlfriend Dawn Dupont, however I have yet to ever spoken to her regarding any of these matters. The Bidic family had a business years back which closed due to defrauded hundred of people their money. This is why Dawn Dupont is listed as the owner. I hope noone else has a bad experience from ths company like I did. Vineland New Jersey

            On Feb 12, 2016, I purchased a 2010 Cadillac from your place of business at 1091 N. Delsea Drive, in Vineland. This vehicle in the short time I have had it has had numerous problems since its purchase back in Feb, all of which I, the buyer, had made Mr. Bidic aware of. Just to recap it needed a new left headlight, cadiallic converter, struts, and rear axle. The check engine light has always been an issue, and the car as of today still has an 11/2015, inspection sticker because it would not pass inspection with a check engine light continuously on.

            On May 27, I notified Mr. Bidic,  that the check engine light had been an issue again and the car was not running right and shaking, this was after the cadiallic converter was already replaced. The car was returned back to Fiocchi’s and the flex tube was replaced. Mr. Bidic, than preceded to tell me that bill cost you over $200.

            On July 20 and 21, I not only called Mr. Bidic,  but also sent texts explaining that my car was no longer running and that I had taken it to RK Chevrolet in Vineland. They diagnosed it with needing a new engine. You never once returned my call or attempted to reach out to me regarding this matter. However according to the service manager Chris at RK, Mr. Bidic reach out to him to verify that my car was indeed at their facility and to see what the problem was. Mr. Bidic never once called me, the buyer of his vehicle, to address this problem.

            I finally picked my car up on Sept 16, 2016. The car sat longer than I anticipated on RK’S lot, simply because I did not have all the money to pay them immediately when the job was complete.  The cost was over $5500 which resulted in me cashing out on what PTO time at work I had accrued.  I was also without a vehicle for 2 months and had to rely on other people transporting me back and forth to my job. In that time I also was responsibility for making my monthly car payment of $412.00 on a vehicle that was not only disabled but not in my possession.

I don't recommend this dealership to anyone. I have read multiple reports regarding other deals that have gone bad with other customers. hy does this continue to happen?

Unfortunatly as always there are a lot of untrue statements here. Autotec is a A+ dealer and has a 5 star rating with is reviews. As we make 100s of people happy there are always some we can not. As for this consumer we honered the we-owe (things promised to costomer at time of sale) as we do with all our customers,however as a bussiness we can not stand behind the vechicle for ever. This srx was diagnosed by a local GM dealer not Autotec and we (Autotec) did all the necessary repairs that were recomended by them(GM-Cadillac dealer) Customers are always offered extended warranty and some refuse or decline to purchase one,as this customer did. As for the Bidic Autolines statement--SHAME ON YOU !! One bussiness has nothing to do with another.
