AVAST Internet Security AVAST ANTIVIRUS Paid avast account still no customer service! INTERNET 

Bought and paid for antivirus software. They sent message saying new version available please update. After updating program froze computer had to restore to previous day to get to work again. When I removed all avast software to do a clean install, the license key that was sent to me would not work and was told there was something wrong with my computer and that I needed to buy hundreads of dollars worth of support from them or anyone else to fix! There is nothing wrong with anything else on my computer the customer "no help" person from god knows what country said that my computer cant open the license, after explaing to him in english that I could and could read it to him all he did was keep talking and didnt hear a thing. This is what happens when a company tries to save money by exporting jobs to countries that are only interested in "reading the card" of a problem intead of providing a service that actually helps to fix a problem. If this was a free product I would certainly understand but since all that is going on is the extraction of our data that WE pay for it is extremely dissapointing, and suspicious. My advice Dont use!
