Avondale Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep This dealership tops list of SCUM. prescott valley, Arizona

My father and I recently had a terrible incident with Avondale Dodge in Avondale AZ. We live about 120 miles away so we took steps to make sure this deal would go through as planned. I filled out credit report, picked out the truck I wanted and got approved over the phone. I even asked them three seperate times if the deal was legit as I dont appreciate BS. They said they completely understood and paperwork would be ready.

Well when we arrived, we went into the dealership and asked for our salesman. I wanna mention his name, Jason, was the only one in this joint with any respect. So we took a seat to sign papers since we had already had this deal lined up. Well, our salesman gets pulled away and this PIG for lack of better words comes to finalize the sale. Well now there has been some mistake. Now the truck is 7000 more than originally quoted. We try to resolve it like men, but there is no bargaining this guy. They even went as far as to make the new salesman apologize to us and take blame for screwing up the deal. We both knew it wasn't true, you could see it in his eyes. So I called them on it, called them a bunch of liars, told them how crooked they were. In the meantime, this SOB is explaining to me that this is how places like this get customers in. How they cheat customers and lie about pricing to get them there etc. By now, we are steamed and cannot believe this is happening. So after 10 or so hand signals to management, we went on our way.

I would like to warn anyone who may shop here, think twice. This place is unbelievable, you wont be happy. And do your homework, Kelley blue book is free on the internet. This place will rob you blind. And the worst thing, he quoted to me a whole speech on what a pain in the butt cash for clunkers was. Try to talk me out of a government assistance because it was a pain in his butt? Anyhow, BEWARE.!!! I am headed to News next.
