Aztec Consulting Terry, possibly Dave Tollenaar (associated with phone # 760-334-1011) Failed to Pay Wages & Commission Encinitas California

Following my response to his Craigslist ad, I worked for this guy from January 26-February 1, 2017 (exactly one week) and was promised $150 base pay + $50 commission per sale.  My job was to post ads for a seminar for people to learn how to buy & resell cars aka "flipping cars".  The man said his name was "Terry", and I thought it was rather strange that he didn't want to give me his email address, but I had his phone number and he was very communicative via phone calls and texts.

He promised I would be paid via Paypal on Thursday, February 2, 2017.  When I called him to ask what time I should expect the payment, my call went straight through to voicemail (I made several attempts) and he never answered my texts.  I advised him that if he did not communicate with me that day, I would begin this process.

I jioned Spokeo and traced his phone number to another person and address in Encinitas, CA.  He also has a Facebook account under "Aztec Consulting", which I also foundby Googling the phone number.  The business fit.  He even states on the FB page that he teaches people how to flip cars. 

At this point, I'm pretty sure I just lost wages I earned fairly and honestly.  But I hope no one else makes the same mistake I made!
