Azul pools acid washed and painted our pool less then 10 months ago. The pool is already peeling and flaking badly.
I have contacted them a number of times. They blammed the product they used and said they filed a complaint.
After no response I asked to contact the manufacturer myself. After contacting the manufacturer directly they said the ynever received a call from Azul Pools and don't even sell the type of product they said they used.
Azul said maybe they used something else and would get back to me. No response.
The pool continues to get worse.
They did a poor job and will not stand behind their work. They ripped me off.
Do not use.

I have requested this information multiple times. The first time you gave me the wrong information which wasted a lot of my time. You have refused to provide this information after admitting you gave me the wrong vendor. It appears you are hiding the information intentionaly because it is either not being used properly or you are applying it incorrectly.
I have had multiple reputable pool companies look at the pool and every one of them agree the application was not correct and the product used was not anything they have ever seen.
You have a horrible rating with the Better Business Bureau because you have done this to multiple people. It has been months since this was filed and still getting responses that contain no information to help the problem other than to say it is not your problem. People reading this should understand that you will not support those that entrust you with their business to even try and fix on their own.
You are a RipOff in every sense!

Dear customer we dont manufacture the paint nor do we take responsibility on the products unreliability to make a rip off complaint on us is not fair especially that we warranty our labor part for 3 months and your pool paint started to peel after 10 months. Our labor part was performed as expected and with great skill. We paint many pools a year and have been doing so for years. You must reach out to the manufacture for your warranty.
