I am doing marketing and in search on good database. I am not based in USA but it is difficult to get a good database for marketing. However i found B2B Email Expert based on other people review in the forum. So i went to their website and try to contact them. They are super prompt in replying email and they able to give us a good sample database.

Due to our location differences, we are still skeptical and we asked for video chat with them showing at least 10% of the database we want to purchase. It seems that the data they shown is good, even it is only mentioned about company name and website only for our sample. Their response is d**n good and accomodative till we make payment. The total we make payment $3134.

We have requested for them to send us the database in 3 days as we had a telemarketing engage and need it immediately. I always in contact with person name Ethan Hunt. Ethan promised to send the database by the earliest. We manage to do the payment and then when i asked about the database when can be delivered, the answered is that they have some hurdled and need to take more days. I felt this is not right so i been trying to reach Ethan and ask him to call me back. It seems that he only reply my email and dont want to commit the date. Worst he dont even call me. In the past few days, i been calling Ethan direct number but always talk to other people such as Jimmy who is claimed as a account manager and then also Ryan.

So far they promised me to get ethan to talk to me but he never call me back. Then after the last call, B2B direct number and ethan number was just an answering machine. He never reply us back.

If Ethan Hunt/Jimmy/Ryan promised you above, I will rest assure that he will not deliver.
