BabysHere.com Ripoff Product Not as Advertised Refuse to Either Re-Do or Refund Arlington Virginia

My wife and I used this company to make our baby announcements. When you design the cards, it shows you what the cards are supposed to look like before you order. The example they showed was excellent. We ordered the cards. When we recieved them, the card was nothing like advertised. The picture was completely distorted. The work looked like something an eight year old did on Photoshop. My wife was devestated.

We emailed the company asking that they re-do the cards properly. Three days later, my wife recieved a phone call stating that the company will neither refund our money nor re-do the work. Then they tried to talk her into re-ordering at a "discount" of a few cents and using a different picture. I immedately looked them up online, gathered their corporate information, and intend to sue.

DO NOT use this company for your most important of memories. It's a scam job and a half and they are absolutely unrepentant about it.
