backhander.cc Sao Paulo withdrawn a seperate amount Sao Paulo

I did a quick survey online, when finished i was offered a choice of items for free i could receive after doing the survey and only pay $1 for postage and handling. That was on the 16th March 2018, then i noticed that another amount this time $61.59 was taken out on the 24th March2018 under the title of IT Services. Now i live in Australia and haven't been oversea's in the last few years, so how could i have used IT Services in Sao Paulo Brazil. I'm sick and tired of people using these scams on people, especially when the payment system they use is supposed to be secure and has legitimate credencials attached to it. So i'm know waiting to see if another withdrawal will happen before i get to my bank and cancel my card???? And seeing as it's still pending on my card account the bank can't do anything about it until it clears, which i think is absolute bull****.
