Backyard Gear Backyard Gear Water Station WS 100 ,called this company, they said they would replace defective parts, waited 2 weeks never received, called again, wrote 2 emails no response to anything. Called today, no response Edina, Minnesota

Backyard Gear Water Station WS 100, while using the sink became a 4 foot fountain, I contacted the company by phone mid August 2009, spoke to a man that said he would ship all new replacement parts. I waited 10 days called back left a message. I also sent an email asking them of the status. No one called or emailed me back. I again wrote , and called, with no answer. Today Sept 10, I sent another email, and called again. So far nothing. I realize they are not an honest business. What do we do to fix a product when the manufacturer/business doesn't back their own product? The shouldn't be allowed to have their doors open.

have had a water station plus for three years we love the sink its worked fine kids love washing there hands and filling up there cups with water .it started leaking in the faucet called to see if could get a new part they where very polite and shipped me a new one with out charge so im happy with backyard gear.

I too have been a victim of this shady company and thier defective products. Please do the following. 1. Create a Complaint with the Better Business Bureau 2. Create a complaint with the Minnesota Attorney General 3. Write a Complaint Letter to the reseller of this product. I have included this information and links below for your use.
