Todays Gear , Backyard Gear is absolutely the worst.   They sell products they dont stand behind.   The faucet on my unit leaks as well and I have tried every attempt to call, email to get it replaced.   This company is a joke, they dont respond. they might as well not have a website or post a phone number -it is all a sham.   From the looks of things, Im not the only one with this issue.    It is ridiculous Wal-Mart, Kmart, Sears and Home Depot carry their products there is a huge opportunity to show these big four what is really going on.   The previous complainer did a good job posting methods to complain about the company.   Im going to list as much information as I can so anyone who has this issue can make this pitiful company realize you dont win friends by ignoring your customers that buy your products.   Todays Gear Inc. is a sad excuse for a company.   Please help report any of the issues you encounter on this site (file a report), then with the Better Business Bureau, Minnesota Attorney General and Todays Gears resellers Wal-Mart, K-mart, Sears, Home Depot.   If you have their defective product, dont be shy, take the product back to the reseller and tell them this vendor does not honor their warranty and can not be contacted in any instance.   Reference this site and their Better Business Bureau rating below.   The reseller will have to RMA the defective product back to Todays Gear Inc., leaving them with the crap they sell.   Ive made it easy with the info below.

I am writing today to inform you of a horrible experience I have had with one of you your vendors Todays Gear Inc.   I purchased their product { Insert product here } on { insert purchase date here } at { insert store/ online }.   Since this time the product has shown to be defective.   I have made numerous attempts to call the companys service department via phone, email and mail with no response in any instance. I did some research and found Todays Gear Inc. has had numerous complaints received by the Better Business Bureau as well as numerous complaints about their products being defective.   In all instances it appears this company does not respond to product issues or warranty claims.   Please reference the following pages that document these instances {attach complaints and Better Business Bureau stats after this page}.
 
As a consumer, it troubles me that { Enter legal Business name; ex Wal-Mart Inc .} does business with a vendor that does not stand behind the products they sell or honor the warranty terms they solicit.   At a minimum, a vendor should be able to be contacted about their products and mitigate warranty claims presented.   I find it disingenuous for {Enter legal Business name; ex Wal-Mart Inc.} to carry a vendors product(s) that do not meet the aforementioned criteria.
 
Please advise me on what { Enter legal Business name; ex Wal-Mart Inc .} will do to correct this situation.   { Enter desired reparation you want here refund, part replacement etc. } I feel a corporation of your size should thoroughly vet the vendors they do business with to ensure the best customer experience.
