Today's Gear Agreed to provide replacement parts but never shipped. Can no longer contact them via phone. Left over 20 voice mails and sent numerous emails t ono avail. They will not answer the phone or return calls. Edina, Minnesota

Purhcased their product (Back Yard Gear) BB150 Deluxe BBQ with Sink. The faucets leaked in about 1 month. After numeous call finally talked with Tony who said the would ship a replacement sink at no cost. That was on 6/5/09. Still have not received and now you cannot get in touch with anyone, only voice mail or emails which they will not return.
