Purchased organic pure extract powders (arabinogalactin) thru their online webstore.   In the notes on my order I requested the certificate of analysis that is required by our manufacturer for use in our supplement products.  The order was shipped without the required documentation.  We cannot use this product without the docs.  I have requested documentations for weeks by phone (left numerous messages) and email, no response.  I did speak to someone once and was promised the docs, but it was never received.  Now when I call there is no answer - goes straight to voicemail.  I have requested a refund for return thru their online process.  No response.
