Badmonkey Botanicals are a total scam. I purchused 200 dollars worth of material from them. The products never arrived, they never answered any of my phone calls or emails. Don't use this shop, EVER!!!

I'm not sure there is anything to do here except repeat: We shipped the product to the address you provided, using the service you paid for and the tracking states it was delivered. We have no proof otherwise. Not sure what else there is to say

The second part of my order didn't arrive either. How about that?
You know what's sad? The €200 I spent in your shop and that I'll probably won't see again. But let's cut to what's important here:
1. Where's my order? I did that order more than a month ago, the goods were never delivered and from the 27th of June I've been writing emails to your shop and leaving voicemail messages on your phone, none of them you cared enough to answer. Not to speak about the time I've spent on the phone with USPS, which by the way say that I should suggest you start an investigation, which I did more than a week ago. But of course you didn't care to answer to that email either. NOW you say you started an investigation and I should wait 2 more weeks? ok... Let's do it and see what we get out of that. I'm certainly curious now.
2. Where's my money? Since the goods were never delivered and you refuse to communicate, I guess I now have to start a dispute with my bank for the money you so happily took from me. Another hassle I have to go through thanks to your professionality. Cheers!
All this would be so much simpler if you were able to talk to your clients in a normal fashion. But you don't care, Sir.
As for your reputation being taken for ramson, let me say that I won't feel guilty about that, since just a minor search on the web brings up several entries of unsatisfied customers, all complaining about the same thing. Goods not delivered and absolute lack of communication. Some of those reviews even in this very site (please).
I must say the tone of your reply through this website is somehow rude and even intimidating and I don't appreciate that one bit. How dare you asked me to chill and to accusse me of blackmail?!!! Did I asked anything from you in my report??? I only ask for respect as a customer and you've been insulting, let alone unhelpful.
If you suddenly decide to start helping out your troubled customers, I would suggest you work on that.
Now you go chill and wait for that investigation report. In the meantime, I'm afraid there's nothing you can do to prevent me to express my truth in every possible forum about the dreadful service you offer and how rude you've been with me, so other people don't have to suffer the same situation. That's called solidarity.
You see, I am an avid online shopper and something like this I have never encountered. I'm amazed.

This situation makes me sad. I would apologize for the problems you’re having, especially if we did anything to cause it, but we have gone above and beyond what anyone would do. Your order was shipped out the same day to the address you provided using the service you paid for. Address was verified by our shipping software. You claim the package never arrived but the tracking says delivered. Absent a shred of proof to support your claims, what you’ve essentially done is taken my reputation for ransom unless your demands are met, which is little more than blackmail.
In the end, the only choice we ever have is to take the high road or the low road. My advice would be to chill out, wait for the investigation and THEN discuss your options when the time is right. You may just get some cooperation from us. If you continue to force the issue absent any proof to back up your claims, and no returned product, you're just wasting your time. "They never answered any of my calls or emails" - I guess you were replying back to imaginary emails that I never sent then.... whatever
Should have an answer back within 2 weeks. In the meantime I'll let you know if I get a return or Youre welcome to send back any unopened packages for a refund minus shipping.
