I have anitvirus software on my computer and all of a sudden a scan was performed and I kept getting pop-ups saying my computer was in danger etc. When I tried to use my internet explorer it was hijacked by this company by turning my internet explorer into their purchase site.

When I finally agreed to buy their software, another window came up asking me to verify my credit card and it asked for my last 4 of my social security number and a password which was my bank account password!

They charged my credit card and I received no registration number to be able to activate their software let alone any emails from this company. I called my bank and filed a claim immediately.

The way I got rid of their virus was to to a restore to a previous time.
