This company offered a LOAN with very good rate, after I accepted the loan agreement and went thru 3 different people at the company...they got the paparwork and the amounts all messed up...after a week long of shuffling papers and confusion and alot of aggrivation...the new paperwork they sent me turned into a lease agreement instead of an actual loan. They took unaproved funds out of my checking account without my approval...as it turned out the second set of paperwork had alot of fine print that was not read because of the paper confusion...this happened July 2013 as of today December 8th, 2014 I am still trying to get out of this lease...I have paid too much money for this piece of equipment and Im still paying...other ripoff reports on Balboa Capital says that I will loose much much more money...I have a deposit thats supposed to get me my last payment but as ive been reading other reports I prabably wont get either...We will do another report as soon as I reach the end of my lease to let everyone know EXACTLY what ive had to pay and EXACTLY what ive had to loose when this is over...STAY TUNED!!

I have received a letter on November 3rd, 2014 stating that I need to contact Balboa to discuss my options because my lease is coming to an end...well I have called Jaclyn Munoz whose name is on the bottom of the letter 4 times and left 4 messages...12/8/14, 12/10/14, 12/11/14 & 12/22/14...NO ONE has returned my calls...how do you truly value my business but will not return phone calls??
