Well I cant believe it. I have been duped. Back in 2007 I signed what I thought was a subscription and it was emphasized and re-emphasized by the Fitness Coach that what I was signing wasnt a contract. WELL WELL. SUPRISE. I got into really great shape stopped going got a new job and changed my bank.
It is now 2009 and well well. I got a letter in the mail offering to settle for a couple hundred bucks or they will sent an unpaid balance of 2000.00$ to collections. After several attempts to reach them, I was told there was nothing they could do about it and that the debt was sold and the agent who signed me up was let go. So now my credit is ruined. owell.
Bally Total Fitness workers are COMMISSIONED SALES PEOPLE. They are worse than car salesman and lie to your face. They will demand hundreds of dollars up front and it goes right into there pocket. Be very careful when dealing with these people! They will bait and switch you.
