Bangedup.com used to be a free site, and after they shut down for a month or so returned as a site that needed age verification. They use a credit card number to do so, and claim you will not be billed.
Once on the site however, when you click on ANY number of pictures or tabs, you are automatically *upgraded* to premium memberships. With one click I was enrolled in three seperate porn sites, and they tried charging me for $150.
I was able to get through to the billing center after about an hour of calls and am having all charges reversed. However I am calling my bank in the morning just to make sure none of the charges go through in the first place.
Sad.

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company
Bangedup.NET is NOT bangedup.COM
AUTHOR: Twisted Legal - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, March 03, 2010
bangedup.COM was sold to a seperate company that operates adult websites. Any problems with them or their services should be filed against the .COM site not the .NET name. The original owners of .COM sold the site because the purchaser wanted to use the site traffic. Once the sale was completed they setup and have now been running .NET. They are seperate companies.
