I am planning to sue Bank of America, Citi-Bank (Sears), Chase Discover and Wells Fargo. I am very frustrated regarding these banks overdraft, high interest and other charges implementing crocked techniques, I been a loyal customer with them more than 10 years I never been late or overdraft in one single time.
According to my doctors statement that I am suffering from different serious illness related to my accidents, I requested by certified mail before my accounts became defaulted to cease the monthly payments, late fee charges and freeze the interest for a period of six months, so that the debt does not increase in the further, but unfortunately after many years of loyalty as a good customer with them they ignored my personal circumstances and the importance of maintaining good credit and the importance of maintaining a good credit. I lost my reputation in the financial industry because them.
I need a very strong attorney who can take my case against these financial crocked institutions.

IF ANY THING THEY SHOULD SPELL IT OUT FOR CLEAR AS DAY YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BE A LAWYER TO GET A LOAN. THERE ARE COMMENTS OUT THERE THAT DON'T REFLECT THE TRUTH. YES WE SHOULD PAY OUR DEBTS. THOUGH SO SHOULD ALL THE BANKS OUT THERE THAT RECIEVE THE GOVERNMENT BAILOUT AND DID NOT PAY IT BACK.

The money you wanted to pay for a dumb lawsuit...
Pay that on the card with the lowest balance.
Make your minimum payments on the other cards but send everything extra to the card with the lowest balance. Once that card is payed off, apply everything to the next lowest card etc.

You are going to sue 4 credit cards because you cant pay the bills? This has to be a joke post.
Guess what a judge would say? If you cant pay the bills don't charge, case dismissed.

They dont care about your personal circumstances. You AGREED to pay them. You did NOT pay them. If you are stupid enough to sue them over YOU not paying YOUR bills then you better be prepared for them to counter sue and just get judgements for the amount you owe them.At that point they will freeze your assets and garnish your paychecks . You lost your reputation because you didnt pay your bills, not because of these companies. You dont get to pick and chose when and if you pay your bills!!

Texas that is representing the current & former employees of the banks you named in your Ripoff Report. You can 'Google' this- BANK OF AMERICA COMPLAINTS SECRET LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES, and I believe that the Texas law firm is named in that article.
