From improper training procedures, to inexperienced new management with little to none experience, Bank of America politics send red flags to all consumers and future employees.

Beware and proceed with EXTREME Caution.

As a new employee to the banking system, I excelled among the top 25% of employees, month after month. I recently achieved a reward for top referrals among 25 hires. From day one, my experience with Bank of America manager Michael T has been a grueling disaster of disrespect and malpractice.

Why temporarily reward your team with candy bars and then punish them ten minutes later? Why roll your eyes at employees when they are obviously serious about their career and advancement within the company?

From racial slurs such as repeatedly calling a certain Hispanic employee "Senor"  to  unnecessary write ups that effect future career placement and incentive bonuses within this company, his lack of personal skills and professionalism should be examined thoroughly.

Bank of America supposedly offers a 360 policy which allows you to be open and express yourself to better your experience and career. The 360 policy should be thoroughly examined for complete flaw.

Regardless of my success, I was wrongfully terminated due to improper training without warning.
No verbals, no write ups, no final write ups.

Is it a coincidence that around 50% of the new hires received their final write ups within their first two months? Is it a coincidence that a seven year banking veteran receives her first final written report within two months of her transfer? Probably and statistically not.

Even throughout my daily work schedule, I was told by other associates to just "transfer" calls if it's not a sale. What kind of customer service is this? It's no wonder why Bank of America continues to drop clients left and right.

It is clear that Bank of America has work to do. Before you, the consumer decide to bank with this company, do your research. Avoid unnecessary fees and below satisfactory customer service. Future employees, I highly suggest you avoid this company. I never understood what other banking executives said about Bank of America.. They said, don't work there.. They have too many politics going on..

Now I get it. Bank of America, I will continue to destroy your reputation as long as you continue to bruise / batter your employees and treat your customers like dirt.

Best Regards,

Why do you think that Bloomberg deleted all of the comments at the BusinessWeek articles?

There were tens of thousands of comments posted at the hundreds of articles from ordinary Americans. You can type in 261157 at this site and read the comment made by Cicley, which inspired a poem posted in the comments section at Ripoff Report #261157.

I just can’t grasp why Bloomberg deleted all of the comments. One would think that Bloomberg would have done an article or even had a story done on TV proving that Americans knew that the county was in deep trouble.

I guess we’ll never know why Bloomberg delete the tens of thousands of comments from ordinary Americans like you and me, huh?

Have a nice day.

If you want to know when the stock market will crash again, simply 'Google' this- THIS IS TO LEROY YOAKAM ON FEB 20TH BUSINESSWEEK, and click on the BusinessWeek User Comments link and read what was posted in the comment on Feb 21, 2008 at 3:03 AM.

FACT: Seven months later, in September of 2008, the stock market crashed and the banking system melted down. The Dow Jones lost a record 777 points in one full day of trading on September 29, 2008. You can 'Google' this- FRONTLINE: INSIDE THE MELTDOWN, and watch that documentary on the web for proof.

Happy Holidays!

PROTESTER SONG 107

AUTHOR: Karl - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, July 06, 2012

IT'S A WRONGFUL TERMINATION
(Please sing to the tune of "I've Been Working On The Railroad")

Anyone can 'Google' this- I'VE BEEN WORKING ON THE RAILROAD SONG LYRICS MIDI BOY SCOUT, and sing the following lyrics to that midi tune, right?

Here we go- 1, 2, 3, 4....

It's a wrongful termination
Shame on BOA
Banking system is a big scam
That is what most people say
Goons control our politicians
USA is nothing but a lie
Trick, deceive, and hurt the people
Making many cry.

Everybody's singing and they're dancing
Governments are rotten and diseased, we say
Wrongful terminations in our country
Send the banker goons away.

Flush, flush, into-a-commode
Flush-flush into-a-commode, I say
Flush, flush, into-a-commode
Flush the bankers far away!

(Keep Repeating)

Anyone can learn more about the banking system in the USA by simply 'Googling' the following videos and watching them on the web-

1) FRONTLINE: MONEY, POWER AND WALL STREET
2) FULL SHOW: HOW BIG BANKS ARE REWRITING THE RULES OF OUR ECONOMY
3) WHO OWNS THE FED BANK, WHO CONTROLS WHO VIDEO
4) AMERICA: FREEDOM TO FASCISM
5) FRONTLINE: INSIDE THE MELTDOWN
6) FRONTLINE: THE WARNING
7) ELIZABETH WARREN ON THE ECONOMY NOW ON PBS
8) DID SPECULATION FUEL OIL PRICE SWINGS

(Keep in mind that the USA consumes about 18 Million barrels of oil each day. Global consumption is around 80 Million barrels per day. If oil can be manipulated by just $10 a barrel, that would mean an additional $800,000,000.00 of profit for the manipulators each day, correct?)

Thank You

POSTED: Thursday, June 21, 2012

Yes I was fired. One week before my probation was to end.. it was regarding two phone calls and improper procedure to open up credit cards. Due to lack of training and being new to the banking system, I opened the wrong type of credit cards for these consumers. No warning, no training, just straight termination... Michael T  of los angeles bank of america wanted a reason and of course after time he found one!

Brian, Imagine if.....

AUTHOR: Karl - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, June 20, 2012

all of the employees at Bank of America knew that their employer had taken out $17 Billion in 'secret life insurance policies' on their lives.

That could create a lot frustration and anger, wouldn't you agree? Feel free to 'Google' this- BANK EXECUTIVES PROFITING ON THE DEATH OF EMPLOYEES, and read the related articles on the web. Here is a quote from one of the articles-

QUOTE: "The Wall Street Journal reports that Bank of America and Wells Fargo both have $17 billion each in these life insurance policies. Chase has $11 billion."

Try to imagine a pile of cash that contains $1 Million.
Now try to imagine 1,000 piles of cash that each contain $1 Million.
That's $1 Billion.
Now try to imagine 17,000 piles of cash that each contain $1 Million.
That's $17 Billion.

That's the amount of secret life insurance policies that Bank of America has taken out on its current and former employees, according to all of the information available on the web.

Make sure to type in 411913 at this site and read Ripoff Report #411913 about the Texas law firm that is suing some of these banks on behalf of the employees whose personal information may have been used without the consent of the employees.

Have a nice day.

WELCOME TO THE PUBLICLY HELD BANKING SYSTEM IN THE USA- BANK OF AMERICA, WELLS FARGO, AND CHASE HAVE A COMBINED $45 BILLION IN SECRET LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES ON THEIR CURRENT AND FORMER EMPLOYEES WHICH HELPS TO FUND THE FABULOUS PENSION PLANS FOR MANY OF THE BANK EXECUTIVES

I think you're saying you got fired unfairly?

It's not clear to me what you were fired for.  I'm apparently missing something.

Or maybe it's something else?

QUOTE: "A Harvard Business Professor said that EXPOSURE is a corporation's WORST FEAR!"

Keep exposing Bank of America all over the worldwide web. Do it every day, as many times as possible. Expose them on Facebook, Twitter, etc. Let all of your friends, neighbors, and relatives know about Bank of America. Have everyone come here and read your Ripoff Report.

Just tell them to go to Ripoff Report and type in 899953. Who knows, maybe a PROTESTER SONG will be submitted in the consumer comments section at your Ripoff Report someday.

Good luck to you.
