Bank Of American - Dan Powers; Steve Fraizer, Ms. Elizabeth RIP-OFF on Overdrafts Fees Charlotte North Carolina

I've only been a bank of America customer for 5 weeks now. I am not a happy customer with Bank of America, they charge over draft fees at the wrong time on transactions. They switch transactions around, they constanly bouncing my checks , I was told that they are suppose to pay high transactions first, they do not they lied too me.

I deposit money into the item before cut off times, of course like one customer said the online banking shows something different, everything that "ALL" the customers are upset about I am having the same problems with Bank of America and they do not care of their customers.

I deposit money into the ATM Machine while my husband and I was on vacation in Williamsburg, VA the ATM Machine we deposited $100.00 CASH into the ATM and the machine took the money and malfunction while it was processing our transactions. I called customer service 4-5 times on July 28th, 2008, they assured me that the money will post later that night. I wanted to may sure that my son childcare will clear while we were on vacation, we had money in our account. Bank of America decided to bounce the check that was $100.00 and charged us 7 $35.00 overdrafted fees and a NSF Fee, they never paid my check.

I called Dan Powers @ 813-805-4874 and Investor Relations @ 704-386-5687, and I called Steve Fraizer @ 1-800-441-7048 @ ext #78048 noone were helpful. They did not care about anything I said too them about what happened to us.

I already closed my savings account and I am working on closing my checking now once they rectify my problem if the ever resolve it.

So if anybody start a class action suit I am with it.
