When I first received their call in February they had all my information from the first company that took my money and made me believe that they were working with me and my bank to get my money back. They told me that because of a court order towards the other company I would be entitled to $1000.00 right away and that I would not get charged their fees of 379.00 until after the case was settled. I wrote everything down as with first company and repeated everthing they told me to make sure I wasn't misunderstanding their offer.
They did verify and record some questiionnair that I was given, and when asked if anything was promised I responded yes, they repeated the question with " Were you promised a microwave, property, etc." When I replied No, that was what got recorded.
I was also told that I was going to first receive a packet in the mail and all I had to do was fill it out mail it back before I could be set to receive the money promised. Well it took them a couple of weeks and phone calls to get the packet, I sent right away but they had already taken their fees within a week. After another several weeks and I had to call and see what was happening.
I spoke to my so called representative Michelle who rudely indicated that she couldn't get a hold of the other company, When I told her that this matter was to had been taken already through the court system she said no because my case was different and all she could do was call the comany and send them letters, I was doing that for nothing.
I told her several times I just wanted my money back and she always gave me the run around.I also call Mr. Ari and left him several messages but never got a call back either.
On June 26, 2007 I received a message from a representative stating that a refund check would sent out on July 2, 2007 and I would be receiving it by July 6. To this day nothing has came in, I have been calling and at times their phone lines can no longer take messages. Even their web sites for bank safe and paystream don't work and open.
Financially this has taken alot out of me and has made it very difficult to be waiting. These type of companies make it hard to ever trust anyone again. Especially in the US. I also believe they are in partnership with all the other fraudulant companies out their.
