Got the service but terminal did work and I needed to cancel. Onwer was RUDE and said I had to pay to replace it. Bankcards Equipment said rates would be better than current provider. Rates were not OK but then increased and they added more charges. Switched to new provider after. They want to charge a $497 "termination fee" Ridiculous. This is just a rip-off.

No record of a Dave or David Buerk

AUTHOR: Bankcards Equipment of Iowa - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, December 18, 2013

I just did a thorough search online trying to find this person and there is absolutely no record whatsoever of anyone with this name in the entire state of Iowa.  This is a very unimpressive site & circumstance for a business owner to be subjected to!

Dave Buerk rip-off claim

AUTHOR: Bankcards Equipment of Iowa - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, December 18, 2013

My name is Tom Devine and I am the owner of Bankcards Equipment of Iowa.  I sell bankcards processing equipment such as terminals and pinpads.  I DO NOT provide payments processing services, which is the basis of this derogatory claim.

I do not even know Mr. Dave Buerk.  Additionally, what he says in his claim makes no sense whatsoever!  He is complaining about his processing services provider, and THAT IS NOT ME!  Again, I am not even in that business!  Furthermore, he says his equipment works fine, which is actually complimentary toward my business, rather than negative.

Therefore, Mr. Buerk, if you are indeed even a real person I hereby DEMAND that you amend your report and admit that you filed an erroneous claim.  If you are not a real person, but instead a competitor trying to create problems----your morals and ethics are sorely lacking, and your actions here are disgusting.

Anyone (including Mr. Buerk) who has any questions whatsoever regarding this matter should feel free to call me to discuss.  My phone number is (515) 897-3605.

Regards,

Tom Devine
