Barkworks Pups & Stuff Defrauded, falsification of documents, breach of contract Brea California

On December 2th I purchased a white long hair cat from Barkworks Brea mall branch. When we took our pet for his first vet visit which was conducted by Dr. Elizabeth Hodgkins from All About Cats Health and Wellness Center we where told our cat is not a pure bred persian. We were told at the pet store this a pure bred persian cat and we were charged accordingly $1000.

For those folks who do not know Dr. Hodgkins she is a nationally recognized cat specialist. She has written published books about cats and she is a editor of the cat fancy association. This lady is the ultimate feline expert. However for the sake of fairness I have obtained a second opinion from Dr. David.J.So. We paid $1000 for a domestic longhair which is worth $100. So I contacted Erin the store manager and confronted her with my findings and asked for a refund. However she even refused to speak to me. So I filed a lawsuit against this company and won for obvious reasons.

Folks do not purchase any pets from these people they get their pets from puppy and kitten mills in the midwest. If anybody els is intrested in filing suit against these people let me know I have the proper contacts at the animal health services and the legal experiance.
