Bcc Labs, Hoodia 66, Burnfat2 Automatically billed me for un-ordered merchandise, refused to refund Internet

I ordered the $5.95 trial - and a couple weeks later I was automatically billed for almost $100 for a 3 month supply. I made sure I unchecked the option to be automatically billed when I ordered the trial.

After about 30 minutes of research I was able to find a phone number to call. After 3 tries I got through to a woman who could barely speak english. She basically refused to help me. I called back 4 times before I was able to get someone who I could understand - and who understood me. She confirmed that I had been billed for the product and that they could not issue a refund until I returned the product to them.

--I never recieved any product!--

I finally called Bank of America and told them what was going on. The called the phone number associated with the charge and were unable to get in touch with anyone. They then filed a fraud report, issued me a new bank card, and refunded my money.
