BCTI Tukwila BCTI BCTI did not Deliver on the Education and Training promised and no Job finding resources as well Tukwila Washington

Hello i was looking into getting my Diplomas from the schools i went to for further training.when i looked up my old high school Rainier Beach High , the information was simple and getting the transcripts for school were not that hard. Then as a Military Veteran (army 82 charlie ) i looked into my transcripts for those classes.

It took a bit , but was given a website and info to get my diploma and transcripts from the classes i took in Ft.Sill Oklahoma. Good so far then I looked for transcripts and office info for BCTI ..i looked and looked and found no schools or office info at all. Did some looking found out the school closed. BCTI was a school i attended in Tukwila , Washington 2000-2001 and used my Army School loan money to go to the school. the school never did all the classes they promised ,they also never helped me look for jobs. None of the other schools i am applying for even recodnize the certificate of BCTI -what a rip off!!.

I then find out that they closed and were sued and that i was never informed of this action against the now closed school. I hope that i can contact anyone who is willing to open a second case or new case against them. The 8,000-9,000 dollar bills that they are charging me for comes out of my income tax check that i have never seen scince 2001 . Been paying back a closed school? is that possible ? contact me with any new news. I hear that if i did not recieve a letter and sign it ,that i am still included in the first lawsuit . were students were awarded about 8-9 thousand .

I would like to get this behind me and move on with my life please send me any info on a new law suit against BCTI or a contact to call or email for the first lawsuit. BCTI should have contacted its former students and let them know they were closing and that we would not be able to use their job seeking resources . BCTI should have also been responcable enough to pay back other expences like all the gas and transportation costs to get to the school that is no wclosed ..please help :
