Our company represents some of the Fit Factory programs. Fit Factory is a companion program that comes with various health and dietary products that are purchased online and I apologize for any misunderstandings that might have occurred when you placed your order.

This also provides you access to all the terms and disclosures as well as the Customer service numbers for your product, and the accompanying companion program(s), for greatest support and success with your product.

I made the mistake of agreeing to a trial of Certified Acai. I then received an email from support@colothin.com saying I would receive a trial size bottle and a bonus trial to  Fit Factory for 19.95. Well, look out because these people have charged by credit card for a minimum of $200. 

The first discovery that charges were put on my account before my "14 day trial".  Watch out because they count the day the order was put in, not when they shipped the product out or date when you received the product.  The customer care people who were at the 800# listed on the leaflets that was listed on were very rude, and refused to give the information needed to contact the "real company".    I was also enrolled in the Fit Factory, and colothin, as well as ColoCure product "free 14 day trial" with the above conditions of the trial period.  Therefore, I had all the charges for those products and the Certified Acai.  I called and cancelled all the memberships and told them to cancel any other memberships, product trials I may have been signed up for.  

When I called to again demand everything be cancelled, no one seemed to know about the cancellation.  During the time between the request to cancel the products, yet another shipment arrived.  I again called and the customer service informed me that a refund of money would  not be given, as these products are non-refundable.  Again, rude attitude and non-cooperation was the experience.  These companies continued to bill my debit account and I ended up having to close this checking account.  As I have membership to PrePaid Legal Services I was able to have a letter written to the originating company of Certified Acai demanding the full refund of all monies charged to my account.  After sending this letter out, the company did send a check for full refund. 

They also enrolled me in different products and services unknown to me. In the fine print they reserve the right to do this. A word of advice:  Read all the fine print.

This is a complete scam and the company/companies are very clever at misleading the public and ripping you off!
