*Consumer Suggestion: Same Problem
I ordered the "Insanity" program. I should have known from the first red flag of them almost insisting that I pay in payments. I refused and wanted just 1 payment. Then for the next 3 months I have been charged for "internet membership" I never wanted or ordered, and I have no idea what the other 2 charges are for YET. They are difficult to reach and the web assistance isn't much help either. DONT BUY THIS PROGRAM!!!

#1 Consumer Suggestion
Same Problem
AUTHOR: JoAnna - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Monday, May 17, 2010
I had the same problem. I authorized one payment only and declined all of the other "stuff." Instead, they billed me for everything, including the payment plan. After many phone calls, I finally got someone who stated that the conversation was recorded and of course I said "great, then you can verify that I declined all of your other offers and only wanted the videos and one payment made." I requested a copy of the recording be sent to me (I was told they could send me a copy of the recorded conversation), however, I'm still waiting. I advised them that I would be filing a complaint with the State Attorney's Office here in Jacksonville, FL for Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card for them putting charges on my card without my permission.
I, too, had been researching to get a corporate address.
They do have multiple addresses. Here is one that I received from "Giovanni" after calling 1-800-240-1068:
Beachbody
P. O. Box 7610
Torrence, CA 90504
Beachbody
Now, which is correct? I don't know, but I filed a complaint at both addresses.
And by the way, they refunded my money back after I threatened to go to the State Attorney's Office.
