We contracted with Bear Claw Structures and Jeff Packer to build our shipping container home in October of 2015. Mr. Packer asured us time and time again that he was able to complete the build. After 1 month, renderings were incorred and needed to be redrawn....that took 4 weeks. At 2 months the Architects couldn't provide a building plan that would pass permitting. Drawings were redone 4 times, and constantly incorrect. We had to hire a structural engineer, ourselves to get a passable drawing....that took 3 months. Our foundatiton is finished in month 5 and we're ready for our containers to be delivered, but Mr. Packer is insisting we own him money! We do not. His work is now scaled down because of inspections needed here, so his work is minimal. Now, he is not answering his phone, emails, or texts.
Finally got hold of him 4/5/2016 and he screamed and swore at us on the phone, then hung up.
DO NOT USE !!!
BEWARE!!! Jeff Packer and J Wayne Pierce are scam artists!!

I included J Wayne Pierce in my report for Bear Claw Structures because he is listed as the agent of record for Bear Claw Structures. I have since found out that he knows nothing about the company, only receives documents for them, and may be Jeff Packer's attorney.
