Beau Derma Derma Charged $89.95 for a "Free sample" California

I saw an ad on Yahoo regarding "one of the best wrinkle creams"...I sent for a free sample and had to pay $4.95 for shipping...Somewhere in this transaction I was told by customer service, there was a clause saying I was joing this club and woud receive a jar a month for $89.95! I never saw this, if I had I never would have ordered my "sample".. I was told because I didn't cancel within the 14 day trial I could only get HALF of my money back! The sample arrived in an unmarked jar..who knows if it was even the cream they advirtised..I am disgusted...It is obviously set up so people do not see that cvlause as they are ordering their "free" sample.
