Beau derma RevitaEye. RMA Ordered free trial!!! What a joke! Before I even received it, they already charged my charge card with ture orders!! When I received the "free sample" I called them, only to try to speak with someone, that could barely speak English !! I could not speak to a supervisor as they were too busy.... However I did call my credit card company and had all charges cancelled. I do have to say, this was the biggest ripoff ,I have come across. My advice to others would be to call credit card co. And let them know!!! Make sure they will not let any further charges go through!! I never even got to try product, before they charged me more, and know I have to return it at my expense!! My credit card co. Told me to always be Leary about FREE trial offers. Work with your credit card company!! Santana California

Ordered product, before I received "so called free trial offer" they had charged my account with future shipments??? I never got to even try product! I called only to speak to someone that could hardly speak English !! Could not speak to supervisor as they were to busy.......Red Flag! I called my credit card co. and they stopped all charges immediately , also reversed my trial charge fees. I only hope that this message may help someone else!! My credit card co. Also told me to be very careful about so called "free trial offers"

I had the same situation July 2014, couldn't get it resolved by contacting Beau Derma or Reviteye, so I made a complaint to the Missouri Attorney General's office. I received a letter stating they were trying to get the companies to respond to them and would let me know when they had something to tell me.
On January 27, 2015, I had a credit to my checking account from Reviteye for the amount taken out of my account. Haven't heard anything from Beau Derma, but who knows what will happen. The Attorney General's office has not gotten back with me.
Contact your States Attorney General's office, see what they can do.
