Since taking delivery of a new 2006 Fleetwood Providence 39L in May of 2006 we have had nothing but problems with this coach including water intrusion. We have had this coach in the shop in excess of 20 times for various warranty repairs and not once has any service visit gone smoothly. The service department does not communicate with the customer, each time it seems you have to go back again because they did not receive all the parts to do the job and the job is incomplete.
A few months ago Fleetwood finally decided to pay for new flooring due to the previous water intrusion in the coach. First Beaudry ordered the wrong tile. Then they postponed the installation because the service manager only trusted one technician in the whole facility to do the job and he just happened to be on vacation.
After about a month of blunders on Beaudry's part, the service manager told us to bring in the coach. The installation took a week and when we went to pick up the coach the installation was terrible. Also, the technician ruined the carpeting by spilling some kind of harsh chemical on the carpeting causing permanent stains. The service manager agreed that the installation was terrible and the carpet was permanently damaged and said he would take care of it and make it right. We were told by the service manager to bring the motorhome in at 8:30 A.M. on October 29th of 2007 and he would get right on the job of making things right.
The coach has been in their shop since that time and has not been touched as of November 5, 2007. On top of that they have admitted that they still don't have the carpeting to do the job yet our coach has been there all this time. Trying to get them to return phone calls takes an act of Congress. We just keep getting the run around and excuses as to why nothing is being done. In the meantime they know we are full time RVers and have to pay for alternative housing while our coach is in the shop for a situation that was caused by them.
Not only would I not recommend them to anyone, I think that there operating practices need investigated by the Better Business Bureau, the Bureau of Automotive Repair, and the Department of Motor Vehicles.

We are the Beaudry "victims" below you!

Please read our report below - I don't know if this helps but I have since learned from others that they consistently state they order incorrect parts, although for me, I was in the shop constantly, and did see many incorrect parts, but others did state they say this to put off and put off the job until you are out of warranty. Although it would seem to me that would apply to the date you brought it to them. Also - with me, their point was after so many parts were ordered incorrectly, and for each small item fixed, and each part ordered wrong, their techs broke 3 more, and finally stated "they just couldn't please me and find someone else to work on it". So now all the items they broke and are responsible for they won't cover. Be VERY careful in dealing with them. They have been very sneaky.
