Bill Flint, Mike Kunz, Dave Pucket, Sharon Kunz (owners of Bee Creek) are all responsible for tax fraud as well as taking over the company from John and Michelle (prior shareholders) who used to run the company the way a company should be run. They tried to perform a hostile takeover, John and Michelle caught what was going on and would not sign the promissory note and were voted out as officers of the corporation, they followed retalliation by resigning as employees.

The then corporate attorney was fired for telling John and Michelle that the note should not be signed or they would own the corporation (he happens to be a board certified tax attorney) Mason Standley P.C. and they hired Johnathon Cluck who is just as corupt as the remaining shareholders to fight John and Michelle. I used to be a customer and thought that this company was really the new answer to high speed broadband in my area which is all but limited to choices.

Once I heard what happened and had to deal with no more customer service and Helen the new lady who asnwers the phone (what a rude person, who could care less), she told me that John and Michelle were never even owners, she wishes, I had it with doing business with these kind of people, knowing how they treat people who started and ran what used to be the best customer service provided anywhere. They're terrible now, and it is very sad, when you have experienced what it once was.
