Paul cruz is running a dishonest buiness.
while attemting to fix my dashboard light , this shop broke my emergency hazard light switch 
and super glued it back and failed to  tell me that my hazard lights  were no longer working . 
in addition I had a missing spare tire and my front tire was replaced with an old tire with wires sticking out. 
paul replaced the front tire with another used tire , and told me to bring my car back to him to fix the hazard lights. when the timing belt that he had replaced 8 months ago , went out after only 3000 miles or so , I towed my car to him after speaking to him about it , and he was to fix my hazard light that they broke and get me a spare tire and replace my timing belt, that should be under warranty for  50 to 60,000 miles. 

the next day I called paul and he said its been 8 months he is not going to replace my timimg belt , he dosnt want to fix my hazard lights and he did not have a spare tire for my Ford. He said come get your car I m not going to work on it. 

I asked him why he had told me to bring the car back then , and that my timing belt should last much longer. 

he then yelled at me over the phone angry and vulgar in tone , said " you know what , I am so sick of your people. Your race is bad , you are all the same , I m sick of you " and hang up on me. 


I called back and begged him not to hang up on me please that I needed to know what will happen to my car!! he said come and get it  I dont want anything from you , I dont want to work with you and hang the phone up on me AGAIN.

It took me 3 hours of commute to get to his shop  on bus and once I got there, parts of my car were taken out the engine spread all over the backseat . Paul cruz  refused to put them back saying he took them out to inspect, but dosnt feel like he should replace my timimg belt for there is no warranty.

I called the police , docummenting this event. 
They said it is a buisness matter and gave me information for better buisness bureau and advised me on my options to sue.

Bel-air auto care owner paul cruz  is racist , a cheater, a thief. Do not trust you cars there, you will have missing parts. he is vulgar, makes sexual advances and says random jokes like " my wife asks me how many woman I have slept with since we are married ? I said none. you know why ? because I never sleep with them . I always leave , and laughts out loud . " 
this is improper, rude , rascist and untrustworthy man . do not trust him . 

before filling this report , I pleaded with him , to fix what he broke in my car, or I am obliged to sue and I told him about the ripoff report that I will file if he dosnt fix this situation. 
he said go ahead, I like publicity , it will be better for me. he said go ahead I dont care about you or anything you do , you are nothing . 

I am a bit scared making this report, however I feel the community should know. I m not sure if the family of workers are affiliated with gangs or not, they seem dangerous , and if you have a nice car , be cautious for parts go missing and they superglue their mistakes without telling you and endangering you . 
be careful public. this place and these people are not safe. 
I donated my car for it would be too costly to fix after he destroyed and ripped out the parts from it. 
be carfeul about giving your money to him . be careful be careful be carefu. this is not an honest shop.
