Belk Credit card Belk credit late fee ripoff Internet

Belk credit card charges me $25 three times for a bill of $24!!  I called and explained my reasons for the late payment (1 day late for the second late fee).  The female worker at Belk Credit service didn't give a d**n.  I requested to talk to her supervisor and she plainly refused.  I asked her to cancel my card.  I want to have nothing to do with Belk from this point.  I paid in full the total amount the heartless soul less female from Belk credit card service told me including the $50 late fee and that was last week.  Today I got another bill from Belk and it is another $25 late fee plus $2.

Belk credit card service is heartless and brainless.  It is a ripoff.
